Answer: There are some departures from the South terminal in Tehran.

You can buy the ticket in advance or just at the time of departure. You will find seats available but it is always recommended to book it as soon as possible.

Esfahan bus station is inside the city, you can use bus and taxi to get to the other parts of the city.
