If not where would it be possible for me to get a double entry visa in east asia or dubai and how long would that take?
Answer: The tourist visa which will be issued to enter Iran is one-entry. If your nationality is among the countries authorized to get a 14-day on arrival visa (except USA, England, Canada, Colombia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, Bangladesh, and Somalia) you can easily collect you visa against offering your passport, a passport-size photo and about $50 to the staff at the airport. For your other entry you can apply through a travel agent.
