And one more thing what about pictures on the street? If I would like make some pics of people is it problem or they dont mind?

Answer: Playgrounds in Tehran are:
1. Sarzamin Ajayeb in Tirajeh shopping center in Poonak west of Tehran.
2. Spend an afternoon in Mellat Park in Vali Asr ave., a big park, a lake, playground, a small zoo-type place for kids, a cultural center with cinema complex.
3. Saii Park, in the south parts of Vali Asr ave.
4. Donyaye Bazi in Chamran center in Shariati street is suitable for your kid's age.

You should take care not to take photos of the sensitive areas in Iran such as the military bases, governmental offices, airfields, airports and other sensitive areas where photography is forbidden. Most of the holy shrines in Iran do not allow photography. So it is better to look for sign or ask the staff before taking photos.
Ask for permission before taking photos of other people, just be respectful and discreet.
