I have an Australian passport and was hemming and hawing about getting a VOA or applying for one through the embassy in Canberra or paying a fee to an agency to get a MFA. Decided on the later - I lodged an online application with Uppersia Travel and two days after paying the fee, they sent me an MFA and within a week I got my visa from the embassy. At no stage did Uppersia pressure me to book any tours with them and were very prompt with all the questions I asked about visa and travel. If this sounds like a blurb for them, it is because I am very very happy with the service I received. Now to plan my trip I need some advice. Which cities do you suggest to me to visit as my first trip to Iran?

Our suggestion is to visit Isfahan, Shiraz, Yazd and Tehran and if you have more time spending sometime in Shahdad, Rayen and Kerman in Lut desert and staying in Mesr and Khur in central desert can be amazing experiences for you. Cities like Tabriz and Hamadan are nice places to stay if you can add some extra days.
